Growing Vegetables Is One of the Local Colors of Soka

Soka City is located near consumption areas, which enables vegetables to reach dining tables without deteriorating their freshness, so vegetables are grown in many places, placing great value in freshness.
Among them, green soybeans and Komatsuna are grown in a large area and are known as specialties of Soka.
