The number of vouchers is same regardless of the month you apply.
Don't be rused!
Soka City has been issuing the vouchers for welfare taxis or automobile fuel from the end of March.
Ususally the maximum number of vouchers decreases every month depending on the month a person applies.
In order to avoid the crowdness at the window and from a view point of preventing the spread of Coronavirus infection we decided the number of vouchers as 38.
Please cooperate with a measure to prevent further spread of Coronavirus infection by refraining from nonessential and nonurgent outings.
We will announce again our response after July.

Vouchers for welfare taxi: Techo (the original handbook or certificate)
Vouchers for automobile fuel: Techo (the original handbook or certificate), the automobile inspection certificate and the driver's license
NOTE: If you wish to have someone write the form on behalf of you, bring also the seal.
