Most of the collection traders of discarded articles are engaged in the business of collecting waste materials, such as waste household electric appliances, without obtaining the permission of the city to collect and transport domestic waste.
Most of the waste household electric appliances collected by illegal collection traders are disposed illegally or processed improperly, having a harmful effect on the environment.
Cases are reported in which expensive fee is charged, possibly developing into a trouble.
(Not all the things are collected free of charge)
