This "Kosodate Setai Seiktsu Shien Tokubetsu Kyufu-kin (Specail Benefit for Low-income Families with Children)" is one of the measures against the Coronavirsu disease for the low-income families who are raising a child/children of 18 years old and younger.
* Single-parent households who have already received this benefit are not eligible/
Eligible people
- Single parents who don't receive Jido Fuyo Teate (Child Allowance for single paretn) as they receive public pensin etc.
- Persons who are taxable by inhabitant tax on per capita basis for 2021 FY, caluculated according to their incomes in 2020, but from January and after in 2021 their income is at the same level as non-taxable household, such as from sudden changes in household finances due to COVID-19.
- Persons who are non-tazable by inhabitant tax on per capita basid for 2021 fiscal year.
