Let's Display Memorial Plates to Congratulate the Completion of the New Main Building
In commemoration of the reconstruction of the main building of the City Hall for the first time in about 50 years, the secondary recruitment for memorial plates is being made, in collaboration of the city and citizens' organizations.
The name of the applicant （written in alphabets, up to 40 letters） and the number will be written on copper etching plates.
Application
Fill in the application form distributed at Minna-de Machidukuri-ka （Partnership Town Planning Section） and at some public facilities （also to be downloaded from the website of Soka City）, and send it to 〒340-8550 Soka Shiyakusho Honchosha Memorial Plate Jigyo Jikko Iinkai Jimukyoku.
（Also to be applied by fax and on the special application form）.
