Babies Born from April 28 to December 31
Eligible to Receive Soka City Merchandise Coupons with Premium
With the aim of supporting the lives of child-rearing families, Soka City Merchandise Coupons with Premium will be given to the parents or guardians of newborn babies who are not covered by the national fixed-sum benefit.
The application forms were sent on September 16 (Wed) to those who submitted birth reports by the end of August.
The forms will be sent sequentially to those who submitted birth reports after September.

Parents or guardians of newborn babies who were born from April 28, 2020 to December 31, 2020
* Those babies who are registered in Soka City by birth report and who continue to live in Soka City until the time of application.
