While the human relationships in the community are becoming weak, respecting privacy, the number of senior citizens living alone and households of senior citizens is increasing who cannot ask for help and become isolated.

Watching Cases
After receiving anxious information, the staff at the Community General Support visits the senior citizen to take actions.
A senior citizen came to see the doctor when he had no appointment, and that happened several times. I was concerned and talked to the staff in the Community General Support Center.
His vague answers to our questions indicated a possibility of dementia. We explained the situation to his family and gave them information about nursing care service.
When I visited a senior citizen for delivery, I saw bruise and bandage on her face, and became worried. She did not seem to have received medical treatment, so I talked to the staff in the Community General Support Center.
I talked to the senior citizen, and I found out that the bruise and bandage on her face was caused by tumbling from unsteady walking. We will visit her regularly to keep an eye on her.
