High Risk of Infection at the Evacuation Shelter

Please stay at home (In-home Evacuation) when you can stay in safety at your house in the case of the disasters.

* Vertical evacuation to the 2nd floor or above at the time of flood

When you evacuate

Wear a face mask and bring a clinical thermometer, hand sanitizer and indoor shoes (slipper) if possible

Health condition checkup and sign in at the evacuation shelter

Sanitize your hands and fingers

Step 2

Fill in the check list card

Step 3

Fill in the evacuee card

  • Name, age and address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Damege overview of your house
  • About dealing with your personal information etc.

Step 4

If you are healthy

To the general shelter space
Cooperate to operate the shelter

If you have some symptoms such as fever or languor
If you are a close contact person with an infected patient

To the space dedicated for the person with fever

The staff at the shelter is limited.
We ask your cooperation with other refugee to operate the evacuation shelter.
