The expiration date of National Health Insurance Certificate you use now is July 31 (Fri.).
So renewed insurance certificate valild from August will be sent in Tokutei kiroku yubin (Special Recording System Mail; delivery to the mail box; record of the delivery with its date is given to the sender) in the middle of July.
If you need to correct your information take proceeding at Hoken Nenkin-ka (Insurance and Pension Section) or Service Centers.
United Certificate for National Health Insurance and Elderly Health Insurance Certificate which lists self-pay ratio according to their incomes will be sent to the insured persons between the ages of 70 to 74.
* If you have enrolled in other health program, you need to submit the cancellation of national health insurance.
Bring your National Health Insurance Certificate to Hoken Nenkin-ka (Health Insurance and Pension Section) or service center for the peocedure.
