How to apply
Soka City has sent the application forms to the householders.
If you don't receive call the ubove Call Center.
・Check the contents and fill in your bank information
Check the written fields and fill in the necessary fields.
Fill in your bank account information you want to be transferred.
・Send back the application form and necessary documents.
Application form and document to confirm householder's bank account (* 1) and ID document (* 2)
* 1: Copy of bankbook or bank card
* 2: A copy of ID documents such as residence card, driver's license, health insurance certificate, passport etc.
* When a deputy applies a copy of the deputy's ID document is necessary.
* If you check the mark "DON'T WANT" field you cannot receive this benefit.
・Payment will be transferred to the designated bank account
・Grant Notification will be sent from Soka City
Just receive it.
* There is no reception desks/consultation window in the City Hall due to the prevention measure against the Coronavirs Infection.
Startin day of payment
From middle or late June. It will be consecutively transferred.
