Special Fixed-sum Cash Benefit

Soka City will send application forms from May 29 and will start to pay from middle or late in June.

This benefit is one of the Emergency Economic Measures to the Novel Coronavirus Disease.
100,000yen cash benefit payment will be given to the people who are registered in the basic resident
register as on April 27, 2020 in Japan.
An application form for Tokubetsu Teigaku Kyufu-kin (Special Fixed-sum Cash Benefit) will be sent to the eligible householder from May 29.
Fill out the necessary fields and send back in an enclosed stamped envelope.

Procedure Flow of Tokubetsu Teigaku Kyufu-kin (Special Fixed-sum Cash Benefit) by mail

(1)An application form will be sent from Soka City.

It will be sent in regular post mail from May 29.

(2)Check the contents and fill in your bank information

Check the written fields and fill in the necessary fields.
Fill in your bank account information you want to be transferred.

(3)Send back the application form and necessary documents.

Application form and document to confirm householder’s bank account (* 1) and ID document (* 2)
* 1: Copy of bankbook or bank card
* 2: A copy of ID documents such as residence card, driver’s license, health insurance certificate, passport etc.
* When a deputy applies a copy of the deputy’s ID document is necessary.
* If you check the mark "DON’T WANT" field you cannot receive this benefit.

(4)Payment will be transferred to the designated bank account

Transfer will be done in the application receiving order.
Transfer will start from middle or late June. (It will be consecutively transferred)

(5)Grant Notification will be sent from Soka City

Just receive it.
