How to Apply

* The householder who own a "my number card" with the digital certificate can make online application.

Online application

Enter the necessary information on the "my number portal" site, upload the confirmation document of the bank account to be transferred into, and make online application.

The electronic signature will allow you to omit the applicant’s ID document.

Postal application

Fill in the application form to be sent to the householder, attach the copies of the bank account to be transferred into and the householder’s ID document, and send it to the City Hall.
