About the Works
It must include any of the following topics:
(1) Oku no Hosomichi Literary Award – The journey of Oku no Hosomichi, or a traveler's journal/essay about a big trip around Japan.
(2) Donald Keene Award – Critique or publication about the journey of Oku no Hosomichi or Bashō, or a contemporary haiku poet and their work.
*Previously submitted works to other literary contests will not be accepted.
