Blue sheet for protecting your damaged roofs

If your house’s roof etc. was damaged and need “Blue Sheet” for running repairs, ask to Kiki Kanri-ka (Crisis Control Section) for lending (free of charge).

Size of a blue sheet: 3.6m×5.4m

  1. Inquire to Kiki Kanri-ka (Crisis Control Section) at 048-922-0614 and consult how many sheets you want to borrow, when you come to pick up.
  2. Visit with something to identify yourself (driver’s license, residence card, insurance certificate etc.) to Kiki Kanri-ka (Crisis Control Section) (5th floor of west wing of the main City Hall building) and fill in an application form before you borrow.
  3. Contact to Kiki Kanri-ka before you return the blue sheets.

Risai Shoumei-sho (Disaster Victim Certificate)

If you had damages in 19th typhoon and need a Risai Shoumei-sho (Disaster Victim Certificate) from Soka City, inquire to Shimin Zei-ka (Taxation Section).

  1. Confirm the insurance company whether you need.
  2. Take photos to indicate the damage before repairing.
  3. Call to Shimin Zei-ka (Taxation Section) at 048-922-1042 and consult the date for investment date and time and how to apply.

Risai Shoumei-sho (Disaster Victim Certificate) in 9 languages available; English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, Thai, French and Urdu are available.
